Customer exit on fisacl period working in Quality but same code giving error in Dev

Hi Guys,

There is a customer exit for Fiscal Period and when i execute the Planning Sequence, it gives the error that Value "2014004" for user-exit variable is invalid. The same code works fine in Quality. I have checked my settings and compared it to quality and they look same but not sure why i am getting error in Dev and not in quality.
