Data load issue in SAP BPC 10.1 Embedded

Hi Experts,

We have data in ECC with 100 client and loaded to S/4 HANA DB 100 client.

The issue is to load data into BW (having client 200) from ECC client 100.

Any integration tool or program is their to load data from one client to another. please advice.
